Demetrius is the owner and CEO of D&S Parker Holdings, LLC, which was founded in July 2021. His primary operational responsibilities include dispatch, maintenance management, and client development.

Prior to starting D&S Parker Holdings, Demetrius spent his career as a supervisor in the manufacturing industry. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, he is a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He and his wife, Shaunda, have been together for over 26 years and have raised five children.

Shaunda is the owner and COO of D&S Parker Holdings. Her primary responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, compliance and licensing,  In addition to her role at D&S Parker Holdings, Shaunda also works as a full-time paralegal in the banking industry. Shaunda is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and a graduate of John Adams High School, home of the mighty Rebels.  Shaunda enjoys shooting pool and hosting Sunday dinners for her family.
